By creating an account or using Revel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Revel. By using Revel, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
You create an account by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when setting your display name. You may not impersonate another person or use a name that is offensive or misleading.
You retain ownership of all photos and other content you create in Revel.
By uploading content, you grant WayLabs Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content to the members of your trip, for as long as the content is retained under our Privacy Policy. This license exists solely to operate the app — we do not use your content for advertising or share it outside your trip.
You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You may not use Revel to upload, share, or distribute:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such content.
All uploaded photos are automatically scanned for illegal or harmful content. Photos that fail this scan are quarantined and never displayed.
Within a trip:
We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be caught before it is visible to trip members, but we will act promptly on reports.
Revel offers consumable in-app purchases ("rolls") that add extra shots to your daily limit for the current day. Shots from a roll are applied to the day of purchase in your trip's local timezone and expire at the end of that day. Unused shots do not carry over.
All purchases are processed by Apple. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. WayLabs Inc. does not receive your payment information.
Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
App Clip users cannot make in-app purchases. A full account is required.
If you create a trip, you are the trip organizer. As organizer, you are responsible for:
Organizer controls are provided as a tool to help you manage your trip. They do not transfer WayLabs Inc.'s obligations to you.
Photos and trip content are retained for 14 days after the trip's end date, after which they are permanently deleted. If you purchase extended storage, photos are retained for the duration of your active storage subscription and permanently deleted 14 days after your storage subscription lapses or your account is deleted, whichever comes first.
We strongly recommend downloading any photos you wish to keep before the trip's retention window closes. WayLabs Inc. is not responsible for content lost after the retention period expires.

You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings screen. Account deletion removes your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
Revel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available without interruption, that photos will be delivered or retained without error, or that the app will meet your specific requirements.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Ontario.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WayLabs Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Revel will not exceed the amount you paid to WayLabs Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of Revel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
